Get a list of Observation objects.
### Available end points:
- `/observations/` - Will list all Results in the database
- `/observations.json` - Will return all Results in json format. This can
also be achieved by using the accept header. `application/json`
- `/observations/<object_id>/` - Returns Results object with that id

### How to use filters:
These filters can be used like django query filters using __ for related model relationships.

It is generated with the coupled climate model GEM-NEMO. \r\n\r\nThe SNAPSI project is a model intercomparison project to study the role of the stratosphere in subseasonal forecasts following stratospheric sudden warmings and the representation of stratosphere-troposphere coupling in subseasonal forecast models.\r\n\r\nThe nudged experiment is a set of retrospective, 45-day, 50-member ensemble forecasts. Following the initial date, the stratospheric zonal mean temperatures and zonal winds are nudged towards the observed time-evolving state. The forecasts are initialized on the date indicated by the sub-experiment id; for instance, the sub-experiment 's20180125' is initialized on 25 January 2018.
