Observation Instance

Get a list of Observation objects.

### Available end points:

- `/observations/` - Will list all Results in the database
- `/observations.json` - Will return all Results in json format. This can
also be achieved by using the accept header. `application/json`
- `/observations/<object_id>/` - Returns Results object with that id

### How to use filters:

These filters can be used like django query filters using __ for related model relationships.

Filters can be stacked to build an 'AND' relationship. E.g.

- `/observations/?publicationState__in=published,citable&nonGeographicFlag=True`
- `/observations/?publicationState__in=published,citable&discoveryKeyword__name=NDGO0003`

    "abstract": "The Soil Moisture CCI ACTIVE dataset is one of the three datasets created as part of the European Space Agency's (ESA) Soil Moisture Essential Climate Variable (ECV) Climate Change Initiative (CCI) project. The ACTIVE product has been created by fusing scatterometer soil moisture products, derived from the active remote sensing instruments AMI-WS and ASCAT. PASSIVE and COMBINED products have also been created.\r\n\r\nThe v08.1 ACTIVE product, provided as global daily images in NetCDF-4 classic file format, presents a global coverage of surface soil moisture at a spatial resolution of 0.25 degrees. It is provided in percent of saturation [%] and covers the period (yyyy-mm-dd) 1991-08-05 to 2022-12-31. For information regarding the theoretical and algorithmic base of the product, please see the Algorithm Theoretical Baseline Document.
